Privacy notice
Short version: this site sets no cookies and does not track you across the internet. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form, and we use it to reply to you.
Who we are
SelfStack LLC ("Selfstack", "we") is an AI enablement consultancy based in Atlanta, Georgia. This notice covers getselfstack.com. You can reach us about anything on this page at carina@getselfstack.com.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your message, and your company name if you choose to give it. The form also sends a couple of technical signals that we use only to filter out automated spam.
Our host processes standard request information, including IP addresses, to serve pages and protect against abuse. We also use privacy-first analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they land on: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, and cannot follow you to any other website. We see aggregate counts, never individuals.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies — none of our own, and none belonging to anyone else. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner. Almost everything the page loads is served from getselfstack.com; the one exception is the analytics script mentioned above, which stores nothing on your device.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you and to talk about working together, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us to get in touch. Messages are held with US-based service providers that help us manage enquiries, and nobody outside Selfstack has access. We keep them while the conversation is still useful and delete them when it is not.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train AI models. There is no advertising or retargeting on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email carina@getselfstack.com and we will handle it. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority — we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
Changes to this notice
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
