She ran AI enablement for all of MessageGears, building tools that save hours and days inside people's workflows and exposed useful data across the company without paying additional license fees. With her quality mindset, she is the reason a tool still works on day four hundred, not just the day it ships.

What people ask before they get in touch.
What is AI enablement, and how is it different from just buying AI tools?
Buying AI tools puts software in front of your team. AI enablement makes sure the team can actually use it, and can keep building without you. Selfstack embeds AI into your existing processes, trains the people already doing the work, and identifies the internal top performers who can carry it forward after we go. The capability ends up in house rather than in a vendor contract.
What size companies do you work with?
Small and mid-sized businesses — typically companies large enough to have real, repeatable processes, but without a dedicated AI or data team. We size recommendations to the company in front of us. A lot of what gets sold as essential AI infrastructure is overkill for an organization of a few hundred people, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Do we have to buy licenses or software from you?
No. Selfstack does not resell software and takes no cut of your tool spend. On most engagements the first move is getting more out of the tools you already pay for. When something new is genuinely needed, you buy it directly from the vendor.
How long does a typical engagement last?
It depends which of the three ways of working fits. Setup, training and enablement is the shortest — a defined block of work that ends when your team is running on its own. Build-alongside projects run until the tool is live, dependable, and maintainable. Fractional AI operations is ongoing and part-time by design. We stay as long as you need us and no longer.
How do you price engagements?
Three models, matched to the three ways of working: a fixed scope for setup and training, a project-based contract for build-alongside work, and a monthly retainer for fractional AI operations. We scope and quote after a conversation about what you are actually trying to fix. There is no per-seat licensing and no percentage of your tool spend.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both. Selfstack is based in Atlanta, Georgia and works with clients across the United States. Enablement sessions and pairing work well remotely. We come on-site when it helps, which is most often at the start of an engagement and during team training.
What happens after you leave?
That is the whole point of the engagement. We identify and train the people inside your company who can keep building, document what was built, and make sure the tools are maintainable by your team rather than by us. If you would rather keep us around, fractional AI operations exists for exactly that — but it should be a choice, not a dependency.
Which AI tools do you work with?
We are deliberately tool-agnostic and have no vendor partnerships to defend. Both founders have run point on AI deployments and choose based on what fits the size and shape of the company. In practice that usually means the major general-purpose AI assistants, plus whatever is already embedded in the systems you run on.
